[WT-support] UKAC VHF Logging

Can I ask if Win-Test can have the UKAC VHF Contests supported correctly? In
the UK VHF Activity Contests (144MHz anyway) we only count UK locator
squares as mults. I would also like the Summary window to include the QSO
points separately, rather than a mult count and a single total.
