If you're NQ4I or K3LR, and can't hear another USA station on your 
frequency, regardless of band, then I suggest you change operators !

It's always "interesting" to hear east coast guys (including K3LR) CQing 
aimlessly on 80 meters, oblivious to the JA CQing on the same frequency.
