[WT-support] SCP files

Hi all..a new version on SCP has been released..how do I do the update...I
am not the sharpest at this, so I need some guidance...do I download the
.dta file? or do I
download the MASTER file and rename it master.scp? How do I know which is
being used and how current it is?
