[WT-support] HELP for ARRL SSB

Open wintest. Click on Options. Go down to data files. Click on country files. 
Put green ball in CTY_WT_MOD.DAT. Then download and restart wintest. Then start 
new log. Mark W4SVO

Next Weekend there is ARRL SSB DX Contest.
I use WinTest in ARRL 2010 , in 2011 i can' t operate in ARRL.
I see that in ARRL CW there is necessary modify STATES.DAT and some other.

For ARRL SSB is necessary modify something?

Please Info about ARRL SSB.
I Used the Last Version of WinTest.
