[WT-support] CW messages configuration

This is a well know problem with the CW messages screen being all blank.
 To fix this:

   1. Exit Win-Test
   2. Download and copy "msflxgrd.ocx" from
   http://download.win-test.com/lib/msflxgrd.ocx and save it in the
   Win-Test 4 directory (probably "C:\Program Files\Win-Test" or maybe
   "C:\Program Files (x86)\Win-Test" if Windows 7 or Vista 64-bit)
   3. Run from the Windows command line:
   regsvr "C:\Program Files\Win-Test\msflxgrd.ocx"
   -or-
   regsvr "C:\Program Files (x86)\Win-Test\msflxgrd.ocx"
   4. Run Win-Test
