programming skills required).

Somewhat easier, you could copy the information from the NG3K pages into a
simple text file, one callsign per line, save it with a name ending in .XDT
in the Extras directory, then use it as an Extra Data File.

The info. displays in the Extra Data Window (Alt-X) rather than pre-filled
in the logging window.  This is much safer, but it requires typing the info
the first time that you log a station.
