If wtDxTelnet and Win-Test are running on the same machine, use the
loopback address 127.255.255.255 as the broadcast address, instead of the
default broadcast address.  See the details

Otherwise you may have to change the broadcast address (by pressing the [By
Default] button in Interfaces Configuration) every time that your machine
connects to a new router.
