[WT-support] rcvd qtc alt-l not working???

Simon is correct.  Alt-L is only available to European stations to
*receive* QTCs.
Stateside stations may not receive QTCs, only send them, via Ctrl-L, not
Alt-L.

In the future, please try this:

   1. Go to http://docs.win-test.com/pdf/
   2. Right click on *manual.pdf*
   3. Download
   4. Open *manual.pdf* with Acrobat reader
   5. Press *Ctrl-F* (for "Find")
   6. Type in the search string such as "Alt-L"
   7. Press *Enter*
   8. Press *F3* to search for the next occurrence
   9. The answer is on page 35
