[WT-support] Speed jumps up occasionally

Hi guys,
 
this is a Winkey-issue since years if you have some messages with speed
changes...
 
We still trying to dry our clothes after a day with heavy rain in Madeira.

Tnx Wolfgang.  I prefer to use the CW Keyer and K1EL chip, so I hope to get
a clean solution to this curious problem.
