[WT-support] CW messages config window problem: EMPTY WINDOW !

We have Win-test 4.5.1 in two computers.
One computer works normally:
   Options > CW > Modify standard messages : A configuration window shows
F1-F7 and their contents normally.
The other computer opens the conf window in the same way BUT THE WINDOW IS
BLANK - EMPTY.
      No text at all. Not in the frames (ttitle bars), neither any message
codes.
PSE help !
