[WT-support] Upgrade to 4.6.0

Hi, just tried to upgrade from 4.5.1..

But unfortunately the combination of the given "username and password" for
the download Link are not working anymore!

Is there any problem with the Server, or I did I miss something else??

Would greatly appreciate help!
