[WT-support] K1EA on using Win-Test

For those who still have friends still using CT by K1EA, please have them
read Ken's recent post:

In sum, CT is no longer being supported, and K1EA has no intention of
releasing the source code.  For those who like the CT interface, Ken suggest
using Win-Test.
