[WT-support] WIN Key

Hi,
I am getting this error message when openning WT.



Unable to open COM4 – WinKey

It may be used by another application, or not yet initialized by a third
party application. If so, act accordingly and retry opening this port.

Is there something that I need to download to make the WINKEY working with
WT.
