Yes, and many of us are waiting anxiously for this.

To help the Win-Test developers, the official rules are posted here:

See rules 10, 11 and 12 for the scoring details for participants.

I have opened Task
#279<http://flyspray.win-test.com/index.php?do=details&id=279>for
tracking purposes.

I hope the developers will post a note here where when a new nightly build
is available that will allow testing with WRTC rules.
