[WT-support] Version 3 files into Version 4

Right.  But do NOT try to do it with Version 4.0.1 by double-clicking on the
.WTB file or bu specifying the file name on the command line.  This will
fill up your hard disk and you will probably lose your original log file.

ONLY use WT version 4.1 and later to do the conversion.  That works fine,
all methods.
