[WT-support] trouble registering

paid for program and received a customer number.
 
followed instruction to register but always got error messages.
 
used the demo for cqww
 
have sent many requests together with copy of the error report but
received same instructions (which failed)
 
cannot print or submit log.
 
 
any suggestions...
