Yes but the problem for Rick could be, if he ever purchased an upgrade to
V4, he cannot now get another V3 key, unless he requests it  directly from
the authors.  Once you buy an upgrade to V4, you can't get any more V3 keys
through the Win-Test web site.  This could be why many people are hesitating
to purchase a V4 upgrade.
