[WT-support] WKUSB and delay

Hi -

The lastest nightly build includes a fix for the delay reported here 
with the WKUSB keyer. You will have to configure the PTT Tail (try 
250~350 ms) in Winkey Properties.

I also attempted to support one of the additional features in WK2, the 
"Hang Time" for the PTT Tail Control but as far as I can it doesn't work 
properly. So I suggest to rather use a "Fixed Tail".
