[WT-support] Using of kos.dtb makes Wintest very slow

Hi,

I plan to make some QSOs in KOS-contest. But after download of kos.dtb into 
the wintest directory the wintest needs about 10s to show the call typed in 
in the call field and also to show the calls in patial- and N+1-window.

Without kos.dtb in the wintest directory seems all working OK (clear, no 
provinces). I didn't watch any problems with dtb-files before.

Any help? Wintest 3.26.0, Windows XT.
