[WT-support] MASTER.SCP

After reading the Wiki and the archives I am a lot confused about how to
utilized MASTER.SCP. One place indicates you can use MASTER.SCP as is.
Another say it needs to be renamed to DEFAULT.SCP. A third spot indicates
that you must copy and rename it to match the name of the contest you are
operating.
 
So what does one have to do to utilize the most current MASTER.SCP file?
 
The other question is what folder is it to be placed into for WT 4?
 
When I first started trying to get the new master.scp file working the
version number display in the check partial window was VER200707--. Now I
get nothing for the version number. Looking at the download file I should
see VER20090705.
