If you have the password to download 4.0.1 from
http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin, then you don't have to pay again.  But
you do have to request a new registration key for V4 (it is not the same as
the reg. key for V3).

Check your Spam folder for the email.  Check the email address where they
sent you the password to http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin.  The reg. key
email will be sent to your "old" email address, the one you used when you
first bought Win-Test.

If you got the V4 install program from a friend, or downloaded it from the
unprotected "v4/demo" directory, then you need to purchase a V4 upgrade from
the "Buy Win-Test" link on the Win-Test main web site,
http://www.win-test.com
