For the CQ WW contests and the CQ 160 contest, the CQ Zone can appear in the
logging window whenever you type the callsign.  Just select Tools | Data
Entry | Exchange Guessing, then select one of the listed options.  It works
the same for ITU zone in the IARU contest.
