[WT-support] qsx prob

I checked another contact and if the qso is not logged then the qsx function
works, if the qso is added to the log the qsx feature does not work....it is
necessary to allow us to work a station and then send the packet spot from
the already logged log and have it properly send the qsx..de Rick NQ4I
