Yes, as of Win-Test version 3.21, that's exactly the way it works.  You must
be running an older version of Win-Test, or you forgot to enable Run/S&P
switching (Tools, Data Entry, Enable Run/S&P Switching) before pressing
[Ctrl-tab].

- RUN / S&P operating : When the repeat mode is enabled, changing to
  S&P operating disables the repeat and the autosend modes. Tnx ES5TV.

And it would be great to have Winkeyer2 support and the options

I agree.  Hopefully they'll add support for the unique features of the
WinKey2 in Win-Test Version 4.
