I can remove this "entity" from Win-Test files.  It is not hard to do.
 I'll put up new files shortly.

Unfortunately, this hack now displays the "0VER" prefix in the DXCC
window / reports / counts / etc. when they are multipliers :-(

WT will be fixed soon to prevent this ugly behavior ;-)

Reminder : The CTY file used and its version date is already available
since a long time in the Options / Data files / Country files dialog
(CTYFILE text command).
