[WT-support] WT upgrade

I am currently using WT 3.17.0, and may be behind the current  release.  I 
have searched on win-test.com for the current release number,  but can't find 
it.  Two questions:
 
1. How do I find the current release number?
 
2.) How do I download and install it?
