[WT-support] microHAM USB Interface and RTTY

has no built-in FSK support, but there's is a note that says you can use
MMTTY with the EXTFSK package to get FSK using that box.

Other microHAM boxes such as the MK2R, MK2R+, DIGI KEYER and micro KEYER do
support FSK directly so they don't need EXTFSK.
