After reading more of the rule now that it is over ! .

 

A SURPRISE LINE IN RULES FOR CLASS D STATION  IS NOT TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT...
AND GIVES QSO POINTS TO THE LOGGED CALL.

1.      4.6. (Class D) Home stations: Stations operating from permanent or
licensed station locations using commercial power. Class D stations may only
count contacts made with Class A, B, C, E and F Field Day stations. 

 

.Here Win-test gives the QSO points  even if we entered 2D in the window
field at set-up.

 

Can you confirm this behaviour  BOB  ?
