[WT-support] ARRL FD ... SEEMS KH6 PAC SECTION NOT RECOGNIZED

Good catch.  If you log Alaska (AK) or Hawaii (PAC) in ARRL Field Day, it
doesn't mark those sections as "worked" in the Alt-Z (Worked
States/Provinces) window even though they are listed there.  Maybe Win-Test
is using the same logic for Field Day as for the ARRL DX contest, where
Hawaii and Alaska are counted as DXCC Countries rather than as states.  It
should use ARRL Sweepstakes logic.

I suggest opening a bug report via http://bugs.win-test.com to put this
issue on the "to do" list.
