[WT-support] Telnet

[VE2FWW]

I am running WT 3.20.0 and Telnet is not connecting automatically when I open Win-Test.
In my Telnet properties, The bcst adr is default (192.168.0.255 Port is 9871 and Disable communication with Win-Test is unchecked....But when I open Win-Test Telnet is not opening...
I have to open it manually ....
What could be wrong...or do I miss something....
This happens with the vers 3.20.0.... it was not happening with the version I was using before....
Help would be appreciated..
