[WT-support] 2nd RX window on RTTY

Hi Oliver and HNY,

Is it possible to get a second decode window on RTTY (clone) as it is very effective to have 2 decoders running on one signal with different filter etc.

This is not the same as having the SO2R setup as inplimented in win-test at the moment, this is the only reason we don't use WT for RTTY contests.  I am sure there are many others after this too.
