[WT-support] microHAM USB II Question

Santa brought me one for Christmas.  The Router installation
went well...I can key the FT-2000D from the router ports screen,
both CW and PTT.

I configured Win-Test for Radio 1 and the band map shows up just like it
should.

I'm not clear on the Win-Test configuration parameters of the CW and PTT
lines
for the USB II.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?
