[WT-support] networking

[Braco OE1EMS]

hallo to all,

i have now  2 PC´s in network
both pc are with fix IP adress and
all wintest network settings are ok (i think)
but QSO´s and network GAB are comming trough 
Network only from one PC to another 
and not in oposit direction!

any idea what´s wrong?
