[WT-support] S&P mode messages

I participated in the RSGB Sprint contest last night and set up different  
messages for the INS and PLUS keys in RUN and S&P modes. (Contest was set  to EU 
sprint)
 
When I was in S&P mode, the INS key did not send what I had  programmed into 
it - it sent what was programmed in the INS key for RUN   mode.
 
Am I doing something stupid or is there a bug? Run/S&P mode was  enabled.

I am relatively new to WT.  How do you set up the RUN mode vs.  S&P?
