Not quite.  In Win-Test, you have to say DEFINEKEYS.  When you type the CT
command "DEFINKEY" (without the S) nothing happens.

I didn't figure this out until today.  Maybe both could be recognized, to
make it easier for CT users who are transitioning to Win-Test (I predict
there will be a lot of them).
