[WT-support] IARU Exchange Guessing

Pablo,

I did the same and it is working here. I downloaded the latest itu.zip 
and HQ2007.dtb from http://download.win-test.com/databases/ and combined 
them. I have the combined file on my website at 
http://www.kolumbus.fi/oh6xx/Temp/ITU.zip . Download it, unzip it to 
Win-Test directory and you are ready to go.
