[WT-support] How do you change value of $QSOB4?

I want the $QSOB4 variable to send:  "SRI B4" or "QSO EE" instead of
"QSOB4".

How do I program $QSOB4 to send a different message?

Using CT, you just press Shift-F9 to change the QSOB4 message, but Shift-F9
doesn't seem to do anything in Win-Test.
