[WT-support] Supporting other contest

Is there a way to setup Win-Test to support other contest?  IE:  Michigan
QRP Contest is the 4th of July 2007 how do I get Win-test to support that.
Required exchange is.
 
RST, STATE, MIQRP# or POWER
