Could someone please add this info. to the Win-Test FAQ
page<http://www.win-test.com/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=1690>?  It is
natural for people to look in the FAQ and for "How do I report
bugs?"

 The Win-Test Mailing List
page<http://www.win-test.com/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=1720>could also
have a statement such as:  "Please report bugs via
http://bugs.win-test.com rather than via the mailing list or private email
to the authors."
