You just have to register your new PC on via the web site; and you get the
key back for your new PC.

Install the new software; and just follow the instructions to register....

I had a registered version of Win Test (V 3.0.7) installed on a PC. I
have now upgradedthe PC to a Laptop, and downloaded V 3.10.0

Do I have to re-register the software ? It was registered last year,
July 2006.
