1/ I advise you to use the current WT which is v 3.2.0 (The website is 
no updated yet) :

http://download.win-test.com/wt-3.2.0.exe

Download and install it "above" your current installation.

2/ Did you follow the QuickStart guide 
(http://win-test.com/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=1630) ? It also applies 
for the v3 as well. Please, try to describe your actions to get this 
error message.
