What we managed to find out is that SWAP RADIO OVER 
NETWORK works only in SSB mode!!

When radio A is on 20m-SSB and RAdio B is 10m-SSB swapping 
over network works!

When Radio A is on 20m-CW and Radio B is 10m-SSB swapping 
doesn't work at all.

When Radio A is on 20m-SSB and Radio B is 10m-CW my Radio 
B will get Radio A frequency, but Radio A will not get 
Radio B frequency.

So any radio which are on CW mode prevents to move this 
frequency to other radio.

Can you please check this?
