[WT-support] dx-cluster announcement

wt 2.29.1

I do not see any spot in the dx-cluster announcement
window.

Spot are flowing from ve7cc via wtDxTelnet
and i see them in the dx-cluster monitor window.

No sign in the bandmap and in the dx-cluster
announcement window.

What is the problem????
