[WT-support] Band-Up or Band-Down??

Hi all, 
Jacques, F6BEE, is right.
>> ALT-F1: one band down: 
20 -> 40 -> 80 -> 160 -> 10 -> 15 -> 20
>> ALT-F2: one band up:   
20 -> 15 -> 10 -> 160 -> 80 -> 40 -> 20


The problem is in the Win-Test (mine 3.0.7)
Command-->QSY--> One Band Up = Alt+F1
and the other one 
Command-->QSY--> One Band Down = Alt+F2
which are wrong;
both the Label and the behaviour
are mismatching.
So the right should be:
Command-->QSY--> One Band Down = Alt+F1
and the other one 
Command-->QSY--> One Band Up = Alt+F2

and they should have associated
the right code, of course!
