[WT-support] PTT with paddle usage?

I did find a sollution for disabling the winkey and
getting CW working. But this caused me a new problem.
So now if I have paddle connected to EZMaster, I can´t
get PTT signal out for radios.

I can hear the sidetone etc, but no ptt working.
I don´t want to use vox instead of ptt, so any
sollutions for this one.

If I connect footswich and use it, ptt will be on, but
no CW from EZMaster is sent.
