[WT-support] CTY_WT_MOD.DAT updated

Hi all

Mike F5IN kindly updated his CTY_WT.DAT file (including among others 
*all* US prefixes with their "default" WAZ zones) based on the current 
CTY.DAT file (Nov 2 2005).

This file is downloadable here :

http://download.win-test.com/databases/CTY_WT_MOD.DAT

If you want to use it :

0/ Exit WT (if it is running)
1/ Download the file above your Win-Test directory
2/ Rename your current CTY_WT.DAT as CTY_WT.DAT.old (for example) to 
save it, just in case...
3/ Rename CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in CTY_WT.DAT
4/ Start WT

This file is not maintained by the Win-Test team.
