Sorry but didn't works.

Using FT-dx101 gave me the same result that FT 991 or 891. No differences

The same changing SET DTR o RTS to Always Off or CW.
The Radio VFO doesn't follow the VFO displayed on the Radio 1 Windows.

About the driver installed:
I followed the instructions supplied with the Yaesu Driver dowloaded form Yaesu Web Site (the procedure suggested by Yaesu)

Silicon Labs Virtual COM Port (VCP) Universal Driver for Windows 10 and later
Package version: 11.0.0
Release date: 2021-11-05

Whewn i plugged the radio Win 11 create 3 COM Ports:
COM 3: Serial USB Device
COM 4: Silicon Labs Dual CP2105 USB to UART Bridge: Enhanced COM Port
COM 5: Silicon Labs Dual CP2105 USB to UART Bridge: Standard COM Port

Port 4 (as you stated) is the only one usefull

I wonder why 3 ports were created and what is the use of port 5?

I specify that I am using a PC with Win 11 Pro 24H2 configured from scratch and where no serial device has ever been connected before (HP 250 R G9 Series Notebook)

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I would like to understand how this radio behaves.

Thank you in advance
Change Yaesu FTX-1 Menu OPERATION SETTING > GENERAL > CAT1 TIMEOUT TIMER to
3000 ms (default 10 ms will not work).

Try changing Win-Test Radio type FT-dx101. Make sure Radio Poll is enabled
in Win-Test SETUP. 38400 baud. Do not leave RTS=Handshake, RS-232
handshake is not supported by this rig. Set DTR=CW, RTS=CW if you like, or
set both th Always OFF. Or you can use CW SETTING > MODE CW > PC KEYING >
DTR if you set DTR=CW.

Most of the LUA scripts should work OK.

Be sure you are using the "Enhanced" COM Port listed in Windows Device
Manager, not the "Standard" COM port (USB cable creates two ports).
