If you press the [Winkey default settings] button (after pressing the COM port's [Configure...] button) it will reset the WinKey to the correct COM port settings: 1200, 8, N, 2, Handshake, Handshake. You can also use 1 stop bit instead of 2.<br>
<br>Then the Winkey should be recognized.<br><br>Once it is recognized you can use Options | Winkey configuration (or WKSETUP [Enter]) to program other Winkey parameters such as "CT space" (recommended).<br><br>
