After a major shack refit I am trying to prepare for CQ WW CW.  My immediate problem is I cannot, for love nor money, lay my hands on my User name and Password info needed to access downloads.<br><br>Can someone tell me the best way for me to retrieve this information?  Is there someone in particular to whom I should mail a request?<br>
