Bob,<br><br>using ' * ' to swap radios can give you the usual comfortable interface with the column titles when running on 2nd radio.<br><br>No software is perfect and UI issues can always improve. Unless new original features are implemented, I do not think that striving for resemblance to other software has a particular merit. If one's taste prefers X2YZ software it's easier to install X2YZ than making wintest X2YZ compatible.<br>

<br>Rationale:<br><br>About a year ago I proposed a dual-column data entry scheme similar to N1MM Software, so that the left radio (Radio 1) would always be referenced on the left side of the screen, and the right radio (Radio 2) on the right side. With the current Primary/Secondary scheme, the brain can get easily confused because the radios can exchange positions on the screen, but not in your ears.<br>

<br>Unfortunately this was never implemented, even though CT1BOH (privately) replied that he understood the advantages.<br><br>However since then, Laurent <i>did</i> add some new LUA APIs that let you automatically switch focus between the Primary and Secondary Radio windows (e.g., by calling wtApp:ToggleCapsLock() in a LUA script). So it is is now possible to automate SO2R via LUA scripts so that it works almost like N1MM. With the proposed column headings in the secondary radio window, you can get very close to duplicating N1MM Software's elegant SO2R techniques without suffering from data entry confusion.<br>
